APAC:
In an incredible turn of events, Marion Adoch, a teenager from Matimia Ward in Arocha Division, Apac municipality, Northern Uganda, was found alive in a mortuary at Apac General Hospital.
The young girl had been presumed dead after a vicious mob attack, but she was found breathing just in time, as doctors prepared to perform a postmortem examination on her.

According to Patrick Okema, the North Kyoga police spokesperson, Adoch was allegedly beaten by a mob for stealing bananas from a local resident, Tom Ebong. The police visited the scene, took the presumed dead body to the mortuary, and recorded statements from witnesses.
The hospital staff were shocked when they discovered that Adoch was still alive. They immediately rushed her to the intensive care unit (ICU), where she is currently receiving close medical attention.
Although she remains in critical condition, the fact that she survived against all odds is nothing short of a miracle.
The police have arrested Ebong for his alleged participation in the attack, while the others involved in the mob are still at large. Okema has urged the public to refrain from resorting to acts of violence or engaging in mob justice.
The incident serves as a stark reminder that justice should be pursued through the appropriate channels and not through acts of vigilantism.
