Musician Eddy Kenzo says he is out of danger following a morning accident that happened at Maya, Wakiso district.

“The road was wet and slippery due to rain and when we reached Maya, there was a hump in the road next to Stabex fuel station that caused the car to skid,” Kenzo said.
He said the car did “a 180-degrees spin in the middle of the road”.
“We then landed into a trench…all the three people in the car survived without being injured,” he added.
“We thank the good Lord for his protection.”
The Police were yet to issue a statement about the cause of the accident by the time of filing this report.

Kenzo’s manager Martin Beta Muhumuza confirms that he(Kenzo) got injured in this morning’s accident but is in hospital and out of harm’s way.
