Luis de la Fuente has been named Spain’s next head coach, succeeding Luis Enrique.
He takes over for former coach Luis Enrique, who was dismissed today after Morocco knocked Spain out of the World Cup in the last-16 round earlier this week.
De la Fuente was previously the manager of Spain’s U21 squad, and he has now been tasked with leading the Spanish project in place of Enrique.
This is a wonderful chance for De la Fuente, who hopes to make an impression on the Spanish national team.
