LUWEERO – A 25-year-old taxi operator from Kampala has died after being buried alive by falling sand in a mine in Luweero district.
The deceased has been identified as Richard Magunda and the incident has occurred at Kisanga village, Kibirizi Parish in Bamunanika Sub-County.
Kisanga village LC 1 chairman Robert Kavuma says the deceased was working in the taxi business in Kampala and that is where he was also staying.
