The police on Thursday recovered the body of 62-year-old Immaculate Onabe, a resident of Munyonyo who has been missing since January 2021.
Deputy Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire confirmed that Onebe’s body was discovered in a septic tank at her home.
Owoyesigyire noted that Police had launched investigations to establish circumstances surrounding the presence of the body in a septic swamp.
Immaculate was the Managing Director of Pentagon Security Limited. Her family reported her missing on January 6, 2021 after she reportedly left home to go and buy food.
Her family would later share CCTV footage and believed she was kidnapped by unknown people while buying groceries from a shop next to her home in Munyonyo.
