Elisa Wasike was abducted from his mother’s house in Kaliiro Ward B, Lyantonde Town Council, on Saturday, July 24, by a new neighbour only identified as Nayebare, with whom the baby’s mother, Annet Nakawuka, had entrusted to soothe him as she attended to house chores, however, Nayebare, disappeared with the baby.

A search operation started immediately by the residents and intensified yesterday after police joined the massive manhunt for the suspect.

Wasike is the fourth baby to disappear in a period of three years, according to Namara.
