D R Congo, Rwanda presidents strengthen bilateral ties in the Goma meeting.
President Felix Tshisekedi and his counterpart Paul Kagame met once again on Saturday 26th June ,2021 in Goma.
The meeting took place in the city of Goma ,the Capital of North Kivu province.
The discussions were mainly centred on the security situation in Eastern D R Congo and the signing of the bilateral trade agreements.
On Friday 25th June, President Tshisekedi was received by President Kagame at LA Cornicle one stop Border Post in Rubavu before the two leaders toured Rubavu to assess the damage caused by the recent earthquakes following the eruption of Nyiragongo Volcanic Mountain in Goma.
