
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has called upon those whom he calls terrorists to surrender to security before they swing into the action of pursuing them.
Speaking at the swearing-in of the ministers that missed the swearing –in previously, at Kololo Ceremonial grounds this afternoon, Museveni says his security forces are ready to shoot and kill anybody suspected of engaging in terrorism as long as they try to resist arrest.
The president’s remarks follow the incident in which security forces shot and killed four people suspected to have been involved in the attack on Gen. Katumba Wamala, the Minister of Works, which claimed the life of his daughter and driver.

The ministers who were swearing – in today missed the first ceremony after they or their relatives tested positive for coronavirus.
