The Uganda Registration Services Bureau Kampala has announced the untimely death of their Deputy Registrar, Alfred Mugisha who passed on earlier this morning.
Mugisha is a born of Kashensero sub county in Mitooma district South western Uganda.
He allegedly succumbed to COVID-19 after weeks of battling with the disease in Intensive Care Unit.
Mugisha been the deputy registrar General- Finance and Adminstration.
“With deep sorrow & profound sadness, we announce the promotion to God’s glory of our Deputy Registrar General-Finance & Administration, Mr. Alfred Mugisha” URSB announced on Twitter.
Their short message added that “Please pray for us as we mourn our loss”.
By the time of compiling this report, no funeral arrangements had been issued by his family.
May God grant Alfred eternal rest.
