Addressing media shortly after the court session, Dr Chris Baryomunsi, the Minister of health said the petitioner is wasting him because he defeated in an open day election both in NRM party primary election and general elections.

” I defeated him 2 times and am sure that I will also defeated for the third time here in court. The people of Kinkizi East voted me wisely because they know my capabilities ” Dr Baryomunsi said.

“.Mr Kajojo added that ” My lawyers are ready and we will be in court on the given date and I want to tell the people of Kinkizi East that we shall win the case and am calling for their prayers”.
