Rukungiri – Low voter turnout has married Rukungiri district local council general elections.
According to the electoral commission road map work , the district Local council elections for district chairpersonship, woman representatives at district level and district direct elected Councilors were held today across the country.
At different polling station visited by our reporter electoral commission officials were seen seated under their umbrellas as they waited for voters to cast their votes.
