KAMPALA — President Yoweri Museveni has appointed, dropped and transferred a number of Permanent Secretaries in a reshuffle announced Thursday July 15.

President Museveni has appointed Ms. Lucy Nakyobe the new head of Public Service and Secretary of Cabinet. She will be deputised by Deborah Katuramu.
