PAKWACH – Rwothomio Elvis, the best pupil in the just released PLE results in Pakwach District and greater Nebbi has finally been laid to rest.
The phenomenal pupil breathed his on Friday Evening at District’s Health Center 4.
According to reports coming through, Rwethomio was battling for his life for weeks and reportedly needed blood transfusion but unfortunately, there was no blood at the Health center at the time of his need.
Rwothomio sat his PLE examinations at Pajobi Primary School and emerged the best in Pakwach and greater Nebbi with an aggregate of 6.
According to his teachers who delivered the good news to him hours before his death, “Elvis was so full of smiles and joy as he hugged them amidst the pain he was undergoing. We shared the result with him on Friday afternoon and he was so happy as his condition seemed better”
