Ground Work commenced during covid time and came to a stand still for some months while the business mogul was rumored to have fallen sick and out of the country .

However Whisper eye has learnt that prior to the inpugned construction efforts to include the wankaaki as part of the leased land were futile since the authorities and locals interrupted the process and vowed not to condone such an act that would undermine their King.

Earlier this year works commenced however the same was disregarded by construction engineers which saw the wankaki being sealed off which prompted locals through the area leaders Lc 1 of Kyankima kasangati Mulyanga Edward and Hajji Nsubuga make efforts to halt the process but these were chased by armed men as the land itself is under siege for years now after the army took over the place as their camp , the masses who used to seat around the warm breeding trees ???? aroma a no longer allowed in since it doubles as the area RDC offices aswell Kaaro Karungi efforts to reach out to BUGANDA LAND BOARD OFICES, housed at the same place to talk to officials were all in vain.

Angry Locals , Baganda and well wishers of the kingdom have gone a head to warn the Buganda katikiro and officials of the shame .

Speaking to the COUNCILLOR elect of the area, Nsubuga Acksam he informed us that where as development Is crucial , it shouldn’t degrade the picture and honor of the Kabaka. The Wannkaaki is where the kabaka passes whenever he pays visits to the HQ , removing it will impliedly mean that the Kabaka has been chased from Kyadondo as he will be subjected to use the other entrances as the commoners.

He appealed to the katikiro Mayiga to also help the area Kaggo whose efforts have been relequinshed by the RDC , and the army at the grounds.
To stop the inpugned construction
