KAARO KARUNGI | NEWS – The police in Zimbabwe has arrested a 27 year old man who has been dressing like a ghost to steal from his victims. Norman Chagwiza 27 would dress up in a ghost suit and then frighten his prey. These would out of fear run away living him to steal whatever was at his disposal.
This happened in Gutu district, Masvingo region. The national police spokesperson assistant commissioner, Paul Nyathi confirmed this arrest and added that investigations were underway.
